Holliday Fenoglio Fowler Secures $23 Million Permanent Loan for Centra 600 in Garden City, New York
NEW YORK--The New York office of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. secured a $23 million permanent loan for Centra 600, a Class A, 200,000-square-foot office and retail building located in Garden City, New York.
Senior Director Robert Delitsky arranged the fixed rate loan on behalf of Shelvin Plaza Associates, LLC through Principal Real Estate Investors. The borrower is an affiliate of Polimeni International, LLC.
Located at the 600 Old Country Road in Garden City, Centra 600 was completely renovated in 1993. The property is located directly across the street from Roosevelt Field Mall, one of the most successful retail complexes in the country. Major tenants in the building include Citibank, Ruth's Chris Steakhouse and Jos. A. Banks.
