| BOSTON--Paradigm Properties, LLC, a Boston-based real estate investment and management firm, and the Carlyle Group announced that Hearts on Fire, a wholesale dealer of diamonds, has leased 18,100 square feet of office space at 99 Summer St. in downtown Boston.
"Hearts on Fire has become one of the best known brands in diamond business in the country and around the world today," said Kevin McCall, President and CEO of Paradigm Properties, which jointly owns the 20-story, red-roofed building with Washington D.C.-based Carlyle Group, and manages it. "We are really excited to have Hearts on Fire as our newest tenant in the building."
Hearts on Fire, which will relocate from 333 Washington St. in downtown Boston, will occupy the entire 4th floor of 99 Summer St. Kevin Kennedy in the Boston office of Insignia/ESG represented the tenant in the 10-year-lease transaction. Paradigm Properties was represented by Spaulding and Slye Colliers.
Ninety-nine Summer Street has recently seen a flurry of leasing activities. Recently, four firms-Philip W. Johnston Associates, Transworld Systems, Shepherd Law Group, and Plymouth Rock-leased space in the building.
A multi-tenant, red-roofed brick office building, 99 Summer St. is a 20-story, 271,000-square-foot tower located in Boston's Financial District. The building, completed in 1985, features a five-story atrium lobby, extensively renovated by Paradigm Properties, and has easy access to numerous area restaurants and shops. The building is equipped with all modern amenities and offers an ideal setting of elegance and convenience in which to conduct business.
