, Mass.--Wise Construction Corporation, one of Greater Boston's premier construction management firms specializing in the healthcare, biotechnology, education and corporate clients, announced that the company has been awarded a 59,000-square-foot interior build-out and renovation project by Google for its new regional headquarters in Cambridge, Mass.
The 59,000-square-foot interior build-out on three floors at Five Cambridge Center involves general demolition, creation of collaborative work stations and conference space, custom millwork, installation of new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and construction of a secure tel-data room.
Wise Construction will work in conjunction with the project design team of Visnick and Caufield Associates, Inc. The project is scheduled for completion in February 2008.
