CAMBRIDGE, Mass.—Wise Construction Corporation announced that it has completed a 22,000-square-foot office build-out for Next Jump, on behalf of the landlord, The Beal Companies, at One Kendall Square in Cambridge.

Construction of the build-out and interior for Next Jump featured loft-style office space with extensive interior glazing, conference and meeting rooms. The facility is also equipped with a fitness center complete with a batting cage.

Wise Construction was hired by Boston-based The Beal Companies for the project. The Beal Companies owns and manages One Kendall Square, which is conveniently located in the heart of the Kendall/MIT technology and life-science cluster, with easy access to parking and public transportation.

“The new build-out truly reflects Next Jump’s mission, culture and values,” said John Wise, president of Wise Construction. “We’re very pleased to have completed this project on time.”
