BURLINGTON, Mass.—Finard & Company, LLC leased 8,291 square feet to TGI Fridays and H & R Block at One Brigham Circle in Boston, Don Mace, Vice President, Director of Leasing, announced. Finard & Company Leasing Associate Brian Callahan represented the landlord in the transaction.
One Brigham Circle is a 190,000 square foot mixed-use property consisting of office, retail, and ancillary structured parking. Located on Brigham Circle adjacent to Boston’s Longwood Medical Area and Mission Hill neighborhood, the property covers 9.25 acres and includes public open space and the Village Square, a pedestrian plaza facing Brigham Circle. Retail tenants include Stop & Shop supermarket, Walgreens, J.P. Licks Ice Cream, Citizens Bank, and Bank of America. One Brigham Circle was named Boston Building of the Year by BOMA in 2004.
