NEWTON, Mass.—Diversified Project Management, Inc. (DPM), a Newton, Mass.-based construction-management, facilities and move-planning firm, completed the relocation of ACI Worldwide's wholesale banking office from One Gateway Center in Newton, Mass to 492 Old Connecticut Path in Framingham, Mass.

DPM provided construction administration and relocation services. The move included 150 employees from two floors at One Gateway Center in Newton, Mass. to the 30,769-square-foot office space at 492 Old Connecticut Path in Framingham. The new office space includes an executive office suite, a computer room, a training center, a help desk area and multiple conference rooms.

“This move was very complex with numerous design and logistical dependencies and a fixed deadline for completion,” said John Stanner, senior vice president at ACI Worldwide. “The DPM project manager and support staff were invaluable in working through the details, coordinating the numerous subcontractors and keeping the entire team focused throughout the project. As a result, the move was completed on time with no surprises.” 

DPM was responsible for the planning and relocation management of the firm.  DPM worked closely with ACI on every step of the move from the lease review, budgeting and schedule development through vendor selection and construction administration in an effort to complete the move in the allotted time frame.
