Robert Shibuya Joins CresaPartners as Advisory Board Member
BOSTON--Robert K. Shibuya has been named an advisory board member at Boston-based CresaPartners LLC, the nation’s largest corporate real estate advisory firm exclusively representing tenants. Shibuya, a 27-year industry professional, will provide input on strategic market development, tenant advisory services, and transaction management best practices.
Shibuya currently oversees acquisitions and asset management for the Western US for Emmes Asset Management in Newport Beach, Calif. Before that, he served as Chief Operating Officer--Americas Region for DTZ Holdings. He was also the Managing Director/Principal in charge of global corporate advisory services and capital markets for Trammell Crow Company, where he led the integrated occupier client solutions group known as Corporate Advisory Services.
Additional senior-level positions have included stints at CB Richard Ellis, Cushman and Wakefield, Insignia/ESG, and Tishman West Companies.

Shibuya’s professional affiliations have included SIOR, Corenet, BOMA, and the Urban Land Institute. He earned a B.S. in Business Administration/Finance from University of the Pacific.
