BOSTON--Insignia/ESG announced the leasing of 14,628 square feet of office space to three tenants at 40 Court Street in downtown Boston:
· The law firm of Kearney Donovan & McGee leased 4,655 square feet and was represented by Robert Ferris of The Ferris Company.
· Housing Investments Inc., an investment and consulting company focused on the affordable housing industry, signed a lease for 5,768 square feet and was represented by Karyn McFarland of McFarland & Finch.
· Trinity Financial, a mortgage and financial planning firm, leased 4,205 square feet and was represented by Ted Wheatley of Staubach Company.
In all three transactions, Tim Lyne, Senior Managing Director, and Joanna Dresser and Bill Crean, Directors at the Boston office of Insignia/ESG, represented the landlord, Paradigm Carlyle Court St. LLP.

Built in 1912 and located in the heart of Boston's Financial District, 40 Court Street is a 12-story, 115,000-square-foot office building. Paradigm recently completed an extensive million renovation of the building, which included the renewal and redecoration of its lobby. It offers a superb location at the intersection of Court Street, Tremont Street, and Cambridge Street, directly across from Government Center, and is in close proximity to various shops, restaurants, historical Faneuil Hall, and public transportation.
