WALTHAM, Mass. - T3 Advisors announced that Stephen Rich has joined the firm as Senior Vice President. Rich will join T3’s Boston market office working to service the needs of Boston tenants.

Rich is an industry veteran having successfully completed over 400 lease transactions over twenty one years. His clients have included some of the largest financial services firms in the country as well as emerging companies.

Prior to T3 Rich worked at firms such as Cushman & Wakefield and Equis. Rich is a graduate of St. Lawrence University where he was a member of their successful men’s ice hockey program. Rich lives in Wellesley, Massachusetts with his wife and three children.
