Flexible Office Outsourcing in Lieu of Traditional Property Leases and Subleases Continues
BOSTON-- Over the course of the past few weeks, outsourced office provider, Regus Business Centre Corp. has signed on 28 new tenants totalling 40,750 square feet, resulting in a boost in occupancy at all of its Massachusetts locations, which include two downtown properties and one location in Newton and one in Burlington. Several companies such as Clearrock Consulting and Partners, Capital Investment, Business Edge Solutions, The Residential Design Build Institute, Verity and Essient Corporation have all contracted office space with Regus. Of particular note was the recent signing of ITT, who was represented by John McDonough of Grubb & Ellis. ITT occupied 15,000 square feet at 35 Corporate Drive Burlington. Regus provides companies with a complete, turnkey office space solution. Each centre features a client-tailored mix of workstations, meeting rooms, as well as a state-of-the-art high-tech telephone and data infrastructure. The space is fully built-out, furnished and staffed with highly trained professionals. A simple one-page agreement enables clients to move in virtually overnight. Lease terms for all Regus centres range from one month to five years. "The number of deals Regus has closed in Boston proves that our product and range of services are meeting the dynamic objectives of today's businesses," said Andrew Watts, regional sales director, Regus. "In order to survive this challenging economy, companies are re-examining their cost base and are looking for the most cost-effective and flexible solution for their office accommodation requirements."
