Paradigm Properties Promotes Virginia Rey to Property Manager Rey to manage Cambridge, Newton, and Framingham properties
BOSTON--Paradigm Properties, LLC, a Boston-based real estate investment and management firm, announced that Virginia Rey has been promoted to the position of Property Manager.

In her new role, Ms. Rey, who joined Paradigm Properties in January 2000 as an assistant property manager, will be responsible for managing Paradigm's three Massachusetts properties: The Davenport Building in Cambridge; 313 Washington St., in Newton; and 959 Concord St. in Framingham.
The Davenport Building, a 220,750 square foot, four-story "brick & beam" office building is located in the East Cambridge Market. It was built in 1891 and renovated to an office space in 1987. The Washington Street property, an 85,788 square foot, four-story office/retail building is located seven miles west of Boston in Newton Corner. It was built in 1925, renovated in 1986 and in 1998, and acquired by Paradigm Properties in 1999. The Framingham property, a 75,601 square foot, three-story red brick building offers an expansive three-story sky lit atrium. It was built in 1987 and acquired by Paradigm Properties in 2001.
"I am very excited about my new role," said Ms. Rey. "I will direct projects for tenant improvements and building renovations, manage engineering staff, and coordinate contact services. These responsibilities are both challenging and motivating."
Ms. Rey is a graduate of Worcester State College, and holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business and Management. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
Prior to joining Paradigm Properties, Ms. Rey was the Office Manager for Alonso Construction. Her responsibilities included daily payroll certification, invoice processing, continual interaction with vendors, and numerous other office administration tasks.
