J. Calnan & Associates, Inc. and Gensler Complete Project in New York City for the TJX Companies
QUINCY, MA -- J. Calnan & Associates, Inc. announced that it recently completed the New York Buyers Office for the TJX Companies located at 1065 Avenue of America in midtown Manhattan, NY,
Working collaboratively with Gensler and Syska Hennessey Engineers, J. Calnan & Associates completed a 40,000 square foot fit-out over two floors in a 12 week period. The project included redistributing the existing HVAC and electrical systems, which required the use of a 6" raised flooring system to accommodate the new office and cubicle areas, as well as new interior finishes throughout.
Highlights comprise of full glass offices and conference room partitions that create an open atmosphere; a new interior communicating staircase that seamlessly combines the two floors, as well as numerous clothing racks, display areas and lighting apparatuses to showcase The TJX Companies' new upcoming fashion lines.
This project marks the fifth project J. Calnan & Associates has completed for The TJX Companies.
