BOSTON — Joe Sciolla, Kenneth Dill, and Matt Harvey of CresaPartners in Boston recently represented Hinckley, Allen & Snyder LLP in a 42,077 SF office lease at 100 Westminster Street in downtown Providence, RI. The full-service law firm, which has offices throughout New England, including Boston and Hartford, has renewed its lease with a nine-year extension. It will continue to occupy the 14th and 15th floors of the 365,000 SF, Class A high-rise building, which serves as the firm's headquarters.

As part of this transaction, CresaPartners is providing project management services under the direction of Barry Dube. CresaPartners is the nation's largest corporate real estate advisory firm specializing in tenant representation.

The landlord, Ona Providence Office I, LLC, was represented by Jay Fluck from CB Richard Ellis.
