WALTHAM-- T3 Advisors announced that they have secured a 35-month sublease for Megan & O’Shea, LLC, a law firm whose practice focuses on all aspects of estate planning, estate and trust administration, and charitable planning.

The 2,482 square foot office will provide them with greater flexibility as their firm grows.

T3 team members David Bergeron and Mark Cote represented Megan & O’Shea in the negotiations for the space at 1601 Trapelo Road., while Mike Jaffe of East Port Real Estate represented the sub-landlord Criterion Development Partners.
