MARLBOROUGH, MA – Bridge Energy Group, a leading service provider to the Energy industry, has subleased 4,886 square feet of Class A office space at 313 Boston Post Road in Marlborough from One Communications Corp.

Stefan Frey of Commonwealth Commercial Advisors, Inc. represented the sub-tenant and James Thomson & Deborah Tamulis of Newmark Knight Frank represented the sub-landlord.  Bridge Energy Group, began its sub-tenancy in October of 2009 after deciding to expand into larger office space to accommodate their rapid growth.
