|BOSTON--The AEW Real Estate Income Fund announced that Jeffrey P. Caira, has been named assistant portfolio manager of the fund, joining portfolio manager Matthew A. Troxell, CFA, and assistant portfolio managers J. Hall Jones, Jr., CFA, and Roman Ranocha, CFA.
Mr. Caira recently joined AEW as an equity analyst with the firm's real estate equity securities group.
AEW Management and Advisors, L.P. also announced three monthly dividends of $0.115 per common share for the months of October, November, and December payable on October 31, 2003, November 25, 2003, and December 30, 2003, respectively, to shareholders of record on October 17, 2003, November 14, 2003, and December 12, 2003, respectively.
The AEW Real Estate Income Fund, a non-diversified closed-end investment management company, is advised by AEW Management and Advisors, L.P., an affiliate of AEW Capital Management, L.P. (AEW), which is a subsidiary of CDC IXIS Asset Management North America, L.P.
