McGann Software Systems takes 3,985 SF at newly redeveloped 300 A St. in Boston
BOSTON-The newly redeveloped 300 A Street in Boston has signed its second tenant.
John Hennessey, SIOR and Christopher McMahon of GVA Thompson Doyle Hennessey & Stevens, represented Boston Wharf Co., the landlord, in leasing 3,985 SF on the 1st floor to McGann Software Systems. The Tenant was represented by Chris Carroll of Back Bay Properties.
McGann's local office, currently located in Lawrence, Massachusetts, is relocating to 300 A Street in Boston for expansion purposes and to be more centrally located to their clients.
Boston Wharf Co., the owner and developer of 300 A Street, recently signed Circles, a loyalty management consulting firm. Both McGann and Circles will be occupying their space in September of this year. Interest in the building has been quite strong as there are currently proposals out for three times the amount of space available in the building.
