Deutsche's 360,000 s.f. said to be up for sublease
BOSTON--Deutsche Bank AG may be putting as much as 360,000 square feet of office space up for sublease at Two International Place -- half of the 750,000-square-foot downtown tower, Boston Business Journal reported in its Feb. 14 edition.
The BBJ report said that Deutsche Bank is reportedly putting its low-rise space in Two International Place up for sublease and negotiating a buyout of its lease with Boston-based The Chiofaro Co., the owner of International Place. The space is occupied by the former Scudder Investments group that Deutsche Bank acquired. How much of it is currently being used and how much is excess space as a result of downsizing is unclear.
