Sentient Jet Leases 20,783 Square Feet at Braintree Executive Park
BOSTON—The Grossman Companies, Inc. and Dinosaur Capital Partners, with leasing agent Jones Lang LaSalle, announced that Sentient Jet has signed a long-term lease for 20,783 square feet of first class office space at recently renovated Braintree Executive Park (BEP) in Braintree, MA.
Sentient will occupy the entire fourth floor of 100 Grossman Drive to serve as its world headquarters. Tom Kent and Sean Lynch of Jones Lang LaSalle negotiated the transaction.

The Grossman Companies and Dinosaur Capital were excellent to work with during this transaction, and our entire company is very excited for this summertime move,” said Sentient CEO Marty Guinoo.

According to David Grossman, Principal at The Grossman Companies, Inc.: “We recently completed the capital improvements at 100 Grossman Drive and are excited to welcome Sentient Jet to the Park. The renovations, combined with our location within walking distance of the Braintree MBTA stop, offer an exceptional value, and we are looking forward to having more tenants like Sentient Jet move to BEP. We are now commencing the renovations at 150 Grossman Drive and expect to be completed by mid-summer.”

The $1.0 million improvement plan at the well-appointed two building 125,641-square-foot first class office complex features: a completely renovated lobby with all new fixtures and finishes, common area and exterior upgrades, refreshed elevator interiors, park signage and landscaping, energy efficient lighting, remodeled bathrooms, and contemporary artwork. Braintree Executive Park has approximately 27,000 square feet of available office space.

Originally built in 1987 by The Grossman Companies, Inc., 100 and 200 Grossman Drive have distinctive glass atriums, first class amenities, and covered garage parking. The park is located at the Union Street exit off of Route 3, adjacent to the Braintree MBTA Station. Other tenants in the Park include: Bank of America, Rockland Trust, the American Red Cross, Safety Insurance, Tremont Credit Union, Systems and Methods, and Harvard Vanguard. The Grossman Companies, Inc. also provides on-site property management.

Sentient is moving from 97 Libbey Parkway in Weymouth, MA. Occupancy is scheduled for July 1, 2012.
