MARLBOROUGH, Mass.-CB Richard Ellis/Whittier Partners, New England's leading full-service commercial real estate services firm, announced that it brokered the sale of the 274-unit Jefferson at Wheeler Hill apartment community in Marlborough, Mass. to RREEF.
Jefferson at Wheeler Hill is a Class "A" community completed in 2003 and is comprised of 274 units spread through 8 apartment buildings on 56 acres of land. The community's amenities include a two-story clubhouse with state-of-the-art fitness center, model unit, business center, swimming pool with sundeck and movie theater.
