Richards Barry Joyce & Partners Appoints Tom O'Regan To Downtown Brokerage Services Team
BOSTON - Richards Barry Joyce & Partners, LLC, announced the appointment of Tom O'Regan as vice president on the firm's Downtown Brokerage Services team.
Mr. O'Regan will specialize in the leasing and sales of office space for tenants and landlords in Downtown Boston. He brings extensive knowledge of the market from his five year tenure at Cushman & Wakefield.

Before joining Richards Barry Joyce & Partners, Mr. O'Regan was a director at Cushman & Wakefield, where he worked for more than five years, focusing on the Downtown Boston market. Previously he was in the institutional sales group of State Street Global Advisors. Prior to that, he played professional hockey, including time with the Pittsburgh Penguins and Detroit Red Wings. He is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board. Mr. O'Regan earned a B.S. from the Boston University School of Management. He lives in Needham with his wife and children.
