Goodrich Corporation Signs New, 131,252 SF Lease At 5 Omni Way, Chelmsford, MA
BOSTON-- Richards Barry Joyce & Partners, a full-service commercial real estate advisory firm, announced that it brokered a new, 131,252 SF lease with the Goodrich Corporation. Under the seven and half year lease, the Fortune 500 Company will occupy the entire building at 5 Omni Way, Chelmsford, MA.
The building is owned by investment management firm KBS Realty Advisors. Formerly known as BFGoodrich, the Goodrich Corporation (NYSE: GR) is a leading global supplier of systems and services to the aerospace and defense industry.
Brian McKenzie and John Wilson, partners, and James Lipscomb, associate, of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners represented KBS Realty and Bruce Lee of Lee Partners, represented Goodrich Corporation in the transaction.
