Paradigm Properties Leases 2,534 SF to Career Connections Collaborative at 711 Atlantic Ave. in Boston
BOSTON--Paradigm Properties, LLC, a Boston-based real estate investment and management firm, announced that Career Connections Collaborative has signed a new, five-year lease for 2,534 square feet of office space on the lower level of 711 Atlantic Ave. in Boston.
Career Connections Collaborative provides career counseling and job search assistance to the employed poor.
Jason Cameron of Spaulding & Slye Colliers represented Paradigm Properties and Jennifer Luginbuhl of Spaulding & Slye Colliers represented the tenant in the transaction.
"It's always great to see a good organization like the career Collaborative grow," said John T. Caldwell, Managing Director of Paradigm Properties, which owns and manages the building. "We're happy about the terms of this lease, and we welcome the company to our property."
Located in Boston's Leather District, 711 Atlantic Ave. is a 83,324 square foot, six-story "brick & beam" building that is owned and managed by Paradigm Properties. Paradigm acquired the property in 1999. The building is across the street from South Station and thus provides easy access to the MBTA's Red Line and Commuter Train as well as trendy restaurants and bars in the area.
