NAI Hunneman Commercial Brokers $1.3 Million Land Sale at 1589 Beacon Street in Waban, Mass.
BOSTON - NAI Hunneman Commercial, a leading provider of commercial real estate services to corporations, institutions and the private market, has negotiated a $1.3 million, one-acre land sale for the seller, Partners Home Care of Rockland, Mass.
Carl Christie, executive vice president/ principal and Richard Lundgren, senior vice president of NAI Hunneman Commercial, represented the seller, Partners Home Care. Terry Sack of Prudential Edna Krantz Real Estate procured the buyer, World Realty and Development of Newton.
World Realty, a real estate investment and development company that specializes in creative reuse of property in New England, purchased the land for $1.3 million. The company plans a residential reuse for the property.
"This land attracted a lot of interest from quite a few buyers," said Mr. Lundgren. "It's situated in a wonderful location and is ready to be developed. We're glad that we put this sale together."
