MARLBOROUGH, Mass.--CiviGenics, Inc. has recently renewed their sublease of 14,211 square feet of office space at 100 Locke Drive, Marlborough, Mass., which serves as their corporate offices.
CiviGenics is a correctional services firm with expertise in secure custody operations and is the foremost provider of offender programming in the United States. Scott R. Hughes, President of Hughes Properties, Inc. of Framingham Massachusetts was the sole broker in the negotiation of the sublease transaction.
