WALTHAM, Mass.- T3 Realty Advisors, LLC announced that their client, Still River Funds, has signed a long term lease of approximately 2,200 square feet from Boston Properties at Reservoir Place in Waltham, Mass. The venture capital firm will occupy Reservoir Place as of August 2004.
Greg Hoffmeister, Managing Director of T3 Realty, represented Still River
Funds. Jason Fivek represented Boston Properties, landlord of the space.
Still River Funds, a classic venture capital organization, invests in
growing companies that have created cutting edge products or services with the potential to play a dominant role in the industry they serve. Most Still River investments are in private companies located in the northeast United States and doing business in the information technology, communications and life sciences industries.
