WOBURN, MA - Cummings Properties announced the promotion of Stephanie Aitchison and Mary Guay to co-managers of its Leasing and Operations Department at Cummings Center in Beverly. Aitchison, an 8-year veteran of the Woburn-based commercial real estate firm, has assumed the role of client service manager. Guay, who joined the company one year ago, now serves as client relations manager.
The North Shore's largest office and technology park, Cummings Center offers first-class space for executive offices, medical offices, and laboratories. In addition to serving more than 500 on-site client firms, the Cummings Center office manages Cummings Properties' newest major acquisition, the 103,000-square-foot former headquarters of Parker Brothers at 50 Dunham Road in Beverly.
Working together closely, Aitchison will manage the varied internal operations associated with fulfilling clients' needs, while Guay will concentrate on the external aspects of client management and satisfaction.
Aitchison, a graduate of Brandeis University, joined Cummings Properties after working as a paralegal for a downtown Boston law firm. Highly regarded for her strategic management style, she has worked in multiple managerial roles within the company's Woburn and Beverly offices.
Guay, former deputy commissioner of administration at the Massachusetts Division of Insurance, is a highly skilled professional with a background in operations, management, fiscal, and human resource functions. A graduate of Wheaton College, she and her husband, Bob, are long-time residents of Beverly.
Cummings Center general manager Steve Drohosky said, "In addition to bringing valuable business experience to their new positions, Stephanie and Mary are highly respected by both staff and clients. Under their leadership, our leasing and operations team will continue to provide our client firms with the highest level of service."
