ANDOVER, Mass.- Eisai Research Institute of Boston, Inc. recently leased 7,316 square feet to Brown & Caldwell at 1 Corporate Drive, Andover, Mass.
With this transaction 1 Corporate drive is now 100% leased and home to five tenants. Juliette Reiter, Associate, of GVA Thompson Doyle Hennessey & Stevens, represented the owner while Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in this transaction.
