BURLINGTON, Mass. – Jones Lang LaSalle, the world’s leading real estate services and money management firm, has negotiated the sale of Five Burlington Woods, a 103,973-square-foot first class office building on Route 128 in Burlington, MA. The property was sold by New Boston Fund, Inc., a real estate investment, development and management firm, to ELV Associates, Inc.

WALPOLE, Mass. – On behalf of John D. Murphy Company, Cushman & Wakefield announced the completion of two leases totaling 28,274 square feet at Walpole Park South. The new leases bring the park to single digit vacancy. Cushman & Wakefield senior directors Catherine Minnerly and J.P. Plunkett and associate Jason Bryer represented the landlord, John D. Murphy Company in both transactions.

The project’s design phase is well underway and construction is expected to be completed in spring of 2009.
