NAI Hunneman’s Suburban Team Brokers Lease at 154 Middlesex Turnpike in Burlington
BOSTON—NAI Hunneman, a leading provider of commercial real estate services, announced that its Suburban Leasing Team has brokered a 9,235-square-foot office lease at 154 Middlesex Turnpike within Northwest Park, in Burlington, MA, on behalf of tenant Cymfony Inc.

NAI Hunneman Executive Vice President Steve James represented Boston-based Cymfony, a market intelligence firm that monitors traditional and social media to help businesses better understand consumer preferences, market dynamics and other information critical to enhancing a company’s reputation and brands. Douglas Wynyard served as the representative for owner Nordblom Company.

Located near the intersection of Routes 3 and 128, 154 Middlesex Turnpike is a 29,552-square-foot office building constructed in 1967 and extensively renovated in 1998. The property, which features a masonry exterior with reflective thermopane windows, also is known as Building 24 within the 42-building Northwest Park, which is located across from the Burlington Mall.
